Friday 8th July
Marti performed the past two days but the doctor advised him to rest for the next shows, so today and tomorrow he can't play. He'll be back soon, but has to get fully fit first.
Official MP forum update: 29/06 Jekyll and Hyde at Milton Keynes Theatre. On Tuesday evening, half way through act two, Marti Pellow was accidentally hit in the face by a fellow performer, resulting in his understudy going on to complete the show. The cartilage in Marti’s nose is badly bruised and it is anticipated he will not be able to perform again until the weekend, or at the latest, Monday. In the meantime the show will continue, and until Marti’s return, his understudy Martin Dickinson will play the title role.
